With decades of precision engineering expertise, our team ensures every part meets the highest standards. Complex geometries and fine details are consistently produced to within ±0.001 inch (0.02 mm) tolerance. Each component can undergo a rigorous 3D scanning process to validate dimensional accuracy and conformance.

 

To maximize strength and rigidity, alternating fiber strands are strategically layered throughout the part. Materials such as Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass, and Nylon are incorporated to deliver exceptional durability, impact resistance, and structural integrity for demanding applications.

High-Strength Composite Tooling 

  • Enables production of jigs, fixtures, molds, and end-of-arm tooling with industrial-grade strength.

Continuous Fiber Reinforcement for Rigidity
